Customer Service Center
Samsung opened a Customer Service Center in northern NJ, one of the first of its kind in the United States. Samsung tasked Visual to design and build the space.
This type of project allows us the opportunity to explore new materials, techniques and options that aren’t available on non-permanent installations.
Customers can visit the center to test drive the latest and greatest Samsung products, have smartphone and tablet repairs done, register for product training, and purchase smartphone and tablet accessories.
Visual and Samsung have long been partners working to create environments that communicate the premium essence and innovative nature of the brand. We believe this service center does that but also provides a welcoming environment that encourages customer exploration as well as serves the day-to-day functional needs of the center.
